What people are not fully aware of about stress is that it could alter natural bodily functions. Everyday, as the body experiences stress, it makes automatic reactions that help prepare and condition the entire human body to fight or to run, which is part of the basic survival position.
When you find enjoyable ways to relieve stress and unwind, you keep doing them, such as relieving stress by exercise. Life bring things unexpected and they are not always a positive thing for you.
It is a fact that anxiety creates super cortisol and adrenaline to be developed in our bodies. Even if you don’t feel the “fight or flight” response, low level and constant anxiety will cause these hormones to be regularly made and released into your body.

When you exercise, beta-endorphins (the body’s natural relaxants) are discharged. Endorphins counteract the stress hormones blustering through your body.
Exercise and lifestyle increases circulation, oxygen; it ease muscular stress to help reduce stress and anxiety.
Work out will make you feel better overall, and minimize your stress.
Diversifying your life will help you minimize your stress. You’ll be taking all your energy out of one basket and putting it into two, three, or five baskets.
Meditation, deep breathing, acupuncture and physical activity are examples of techniques to relieve stress that are effective for many people. The key is to try a variety of methods and find those that help you manage stress.
The body’s natural relaxation response is a powerful antidote to stress and it is one of the terrific ways to relieve stress.
