FREE White fluffy cat to good home! We have Frosty which is a 4 yr old nuetered male. He is a great cat, catches mice, loves love, gets along with our dogs and kids. We adopted him about a year ago. Recently our son had a very bad throat infection which the Dr. said was from allergies. My husbands father and brothers are allergic to cats and I think our son is possibly also. I don’t know for sure but I want to eliminate possible causes. The cat comes with a fairly new bag of food, litter and litter box, and scrathing post. GREAT MOTHERS DAY GIFT!!

Hi Sammi,
I do apologiz for the lack of postings. Over the summer all of my kiddos are at home with me and this summer was incredibly busy…We moved.
Unfortunately, your story is one that I hear all the time and have dealt with personally.
School was difficult for me, Relationships suffered, My ups/downs were too difficult for me to try and understand and I certainly didn't want to have to try and explain it to others.
I have been to my share of doctors, been given my share of diagnosis, a handful of prescriptions, etc…
Some doctors believe that while yes there may be something to this PMDD, it just is a chemical thing that affects us during our periods because of the normal chemical processes.
For those doctors that will actually do their research, there is no answer. No one can figure out what it is that causes PMDD, only that it occurs 1-2 wks before we start our periods.
I found one incredible doctor while we were living in SC, I can't even tell you how many I had seen before that. She has actually written a book on Menopause, Female Changes, etc… and that is why I went to her. While she couldn't give me any more answers than I had already learned online, she never looked/treated me bad.
The exercise and healthy eating is going to be super important. It won't matter what else she does without these 2. I don't go to the gym, during my 2 wk time you couldn't drag me to the gym and that is just the honest truth.
I do, however, walk my dog for 2-3 miles on a very brisk walk. We are back in TX and there are times that when I feel overly stressed for no reason other than, it's just that 2 wk time, or irritated, I may walk during the heat of the day again.
She doesn't have to get a full blown gym workout in every day. With 4 kids and PMDD, I can't, but what I do works.
As far as the diet goes…I don't recommend a 21 yr old trying to follow one, other than eating healthy. Stay away from red meat during your 2 wk time, it tends to make PMDD worse. Stay away from processed foods during the 2 wk time, especially. Don't do fast food during your 2 wk time, let that be the diet she works on.
No caffeine, especially during the 2 wk time, it triggers PMDD symptoms off the chart. And, NOPE, I don't give up my coffee, but I do recommend to everyone, give up caffeine.
Carbs…stay away from large amounts, I know you crave them, just try.
Water… Of course you know, you can never drink too much water.
Alcohol… stay away from it during your 2 wk time. Of course if you are taking meds you shouldn't drink it anyway, but during your 2 wk time you find you crave it more…Stay away from it. It just makes PMDD worse.
Sleep…So important and so difficult. PMDD makes it impossible to get a good nights rest but it is so important. Record your TV shows so that you aren't staying up late. Take an all-natural sleep enhancer (talk to someone at your GNC store).
If you are going to take an over-the-counter product from Walmart of some place, just make sure it's just for sleep and there isn't any medication in it. For example, they have SleepAid which isn't like taking a medication for nighttime when you are sick that also helps you sleep. You get the point.
Make sure she is getting her Calcium/Vit D, it will help with the cramps too.
Also, Vitamin B is super important when you have PMDD.
I hope some of this helped. I am finally back in my new house, we were hotel bound for 2 mths.
I will be posting here and on my site more often.
Stef
I hope some of these things help. It is a process learning to live with PMDD without raging and going insane every month.
I take Prozac and Topamax in addition to my exercise

Symptoms of (Hookworm) Blisters Itching, may be more severe at night Raised, snakelike tracks in the skin that may spread about 1cm per day
is it possible to damage your ear hole from severe itching? Mine really hurts but is also still quite itchyyyy
Hi Sara,
I'm wondering if the itching is caused by the meds or the ET itself? One symptom of ET can be severe itching, because ET raises your histamine levels. How is the Chlorpheniramine working for you? I have the same issue. I used to scratch myself raw, and it wasn't until I was diagnosed that I learned it was the ET. I take a Zyrtec tablet (Citrizine HCL 10mg) every day and it has really helped.
Thanks for commenting, and I hope they are able to get your meds sorted out. The adjusting can really be a pain.
Praise God that the fungal infection is gone in his eyes! Brock will be so cute with glasses- can't wait to see him with them! Praying that the yucky fevers go away and stay away, and no more waking up poor mommy at night with the heavy breathing! Praying that the chemo treatment is easy this week. Yes, you are right, we love Brock very much, but of course not as much as his wonderful family does! Bless you all,
Shannon

There are automatic weapons and shotguns everywhere you look . It's a stance that perhaps would have been appropriate during the open lawlessness that has long since ended on most of these streets.I think that you have a actual knack for writing. Normally I read about 20 blogs a day, and glance over aboutthirty more, so I mean it! I'considering be starting a blog soon, about sexually transmitted disease symptoms (I know, it sounds strange!) but if you don't mind, I may drop you a line just to obtain a little advice.I know that sexually transmitted disease symptoms has essentially nothing to do with your blog but I really like your site and style of composing.I hope that is All-right with you? Thanks a lot.JJ Currie]]>
