Organic Search Engine Marketing – Much More Than SEO

December 19, 2009 by

Organic Search Marketing is the art of creating a website or network of websites in a very distinguished position in search engines results for the needs of attracting the stream of folks actively seeking info, products and services. Generally speaking, the better your position, the more interested, highly galvanized “traffic” you get. More traffic means more business. More business is our bottom line.

Organic Search Marketing Results differs from common PPC ( PPC ) or Cost Per Click ( CPC ) strategies by focusing on improving standings inside natural search results. Industry research shows that 70% of search website users wish to click natural lists, eschewing paid placements and ad listings. Organic search promoting produces results that are prolific, tough and remarkable.

SEO is the practice of strategically planning your internet site so that the subjects and terms you are invested in can be easily identified by search site androids ( often referred to as “spiders” because of the nature they scurry thru your site’s content and linking structure ). Thru the employment of tags, keywords, page titles, content, links and so on, a well optimized site significantly increases the chance of being found through the search engines on its most relevant terms. Your web sites visibility is important to your online business, and what business can excuse the loss of money that comes from poor optimization? Put simply we’ll lay a rock-solid foundation for building a powerful online presence.

Successful corporations know search engine promoting is one of the strongest tools available to extend reputation, sales, and brand visibility. Every day there are hundreds, if not thousands, of folk actively seeking your goods and services – Are they finding you first?

A new professional networking site also brings you the feature of a search engine and freelancing. The reason it works so well is that it consists of professionals and experts. If used wisely it can give a much needed boost to your company and even provide you with part time and full time freelancing jobs.

“Would you do a pilot program on an ad campaign? Or “traditional PR” campaign? Or marketing? No. Because your market research has given you the answers you need to launch the next part of your strategy. You have the ammunition and you have your targets, so you go for them. Social media is the same. Okay, so now it’s two-way conversation as opposed to one-way dialogue, but does that mean you take baby steps? No – it means you make more effort to ensure you’re prepared for what lies ahead. How do you do this? If you’re a company that’s serious about a digital presence, you’re already involved on a personal level (or your employees are). If not, you bring in a consultancy or agency to get you up to speed. You decide on the strongest tools for you to use and build effectively there, as opposed to haphazardly everywhere. You monitor progress (yes, SWOT still counts in social media) and you make sure you’re adaptable from the lessons learned along the way. If you’re going to get drunk, you…”

Hayk — we know quite a bit about how the mind works, and will learn much more. Cognitive science is a viable endeavor.

I used the Clusty search engine, and I must say that it is pretty useful. For the many different reasons this search engine may be just as a good as Google. This search engine is very organized, just as any other search engine with multiple links to narrow down a search, but Clusty also has “clusters” of the results into different topics. I think it's really good on providing results of recent news on certain searches as well.

I for one prefer a good directory over a search engine any day. My reasoning behind this is because a directory displays a list of companies for exactly what you are shopping for. The problem with google, yahoo, msn and other search engines is that the results of a search presents too much trash. I like the idea of these types of search engines but the problem is that most if not all of the google coop search engines are designed to have their own web pages show up in front of other sites. I'm sure targetlaw is no different.
