    Good job!
So does this mean that if the Restrictive Covenants for a certain community stating certain rules and regulations about solar energy systems do NOT apply? Or more to the point the homeowner cannot have fines or assessments placed on their property?

I would like to hear more about clothes lines discretely placed on side of homeowner's home – is this not also a solar energy system?

If we in USA really care about our environment surely Restrictive Covenants should be “pushing” solar energy systems?

I live in North Carolina on a golf course community and we have very, very strick R/Covenants.

I look forward to your comments.

STILL SNOWING! Winter wonderland here. Our solar energy system is rebelling. Lots of shoveling. Already more snow than the whole of last winter. It is beautiful.

Shanghai Expo will come soon. The theme of Shanghai Expo is “better city better life”. I know shanghai attached great importance to environmental protection into Expo. This is very important time for Shanghai, to every Chinese. As most Shanghainese know how is Shanghai changed so far. When I back to Shanghai last time, I saw many place has been changed, and built up new. Government attached importance to environmental, promoting issues everywhere. They built a large rainwater collecting system and a solar energy system in the Expo site which is forward to theme. As a citizen, I think we have to make a better city by everyone who lives in that place. Environment is a basic of city landscape. Unfortunately, I can’t go back attend Shanghai Expo this time, I saw many students become volunteers to make city better. I appreciate if I can do something for my city. I believe Shanghai will look forward to “Green Expo” in 2010. As a Shanghainese I am happy to invite everyone go to Shanghai. “Better city better life” that is the city I love. And there are many stars promoting environmental issues, as Jackie Chan said: “It is people that give cities their culture, character and creativity, turning them into landscapes that beautify our earth.” So let’s keep the environment clean and nice.
